Miniature Stitch Trim
We also have a miniature stitcher which can stitch as small as 50x50mm. This machine can stitch two wires into a book 95mm head to foot, ideal for all those 1/3A4 landscape and A6 landscape jobs that would normally have to be done by hand or 2-up, making this a much more cost effective method of producing small books.

Peel-able and Re-moist Gumming

With the ever increasing demand for direct mailing, our new B1 mailer can offer our customers the flexibility to produce ready to mail literature. We can fold, stop perf, crease, re-moist gum, and seal closed all in one process.

Pharmaceutical Folding

Ticket Wallets
Every year we produce thousands of Ticket Wallets. We can fold & glue these simple roll fold wallets, with either 1 or 2 glued edges on the flap to form the pocket in one simple process.

Collating
Our state of the art computer controlled 15 station collator, can gather your basic 2pt NCR job right up to multiple set jobs, with automatically inserted sheets at pre set positions, such as re-order sheets, instruction sheets, loose leaf writing, guards etc., It can automatically add a cover and a backing board.

Stab Stitch
Another unique feature of the collating machine is that it can Stab Stitch inline with up to 4 stitches (perfect for calendars)
